Sculpture

This is where I've been uploading the results of the sculpture work I've completed through the duration of this project.

Clive

This is the sculpture I've been working on down in the workshop - I have (lovingly) nicknamed it 'Clive' as it bears a striking and accidental resemblance to my Grandad. 'Clive' is currently plastered and sitting in my studio as I couldn't get photos of him before the assessment.

The Pegs - Series

I decided to create a series of sculptures as my first few additions to this project. I took six wooden pegs, dismantled them, painted them with acrylic paint, re-assembled them, then glued on anything that needed to be added, such as limbs. I then paired them up and displayed them in my miniature Sean Space.

I made sure to complete some quick and basic designs for these pegs to that I didn't forget any details I wanted or materials I needed to use, and to brainstorm my technique for dismantling and reassembling the pegs.

Black Origami Dragon

This was a fairly simple dragon I made using a YouTube tutorial, and then spray painted it. It's not entirely evenly sprayed but I quite like it this way.

Teacup

This was a cup of tea and was originally intended to just be blank, however with both the mug and the surrounding walls being a very similar shade of white I decided to add a lipstick smudge to add a bit of detail.
